Use of our games

Aeterna Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play our games on your own devices. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell our games or their content, except where the law allows it.

Paid unlocks

Some games include optional paid unlocks. Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed by us. Please check the price and the content you are unlocking before you approve a transaction in your wallet.

No warranty

Our games are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeterna Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our games.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use of a game after a change means you accept the updated terms.
